Description

We have a small wind turbine on our property. In strong winds, it emits a small vibration that can be disturbing...

The setting

On the edge of the Val Suzon nature reserve, this is the ideal place to recharge your batteries and get away from it all.
There's no car noise here, just animal sounds.

The spots

The site is flat and very suitable for a camper van or caravan. The pitch is not in the shade, but the trees are not far away and the coolness of the forest makes for a good night's sleep.
In hot weather, a tent can be set up under the trees.
To be discussed with us on arrival.

The sanitary facilities

Separate toilets + outdoor washbasins (drinking water) available from April to the end of October.

The amenities

Possibility of charging your phone or plugging in a cooler.
We can provide kitchen equipment on request, for emergency use... please check with us beforehand. Access to a small refrigerator on request.

The activities

On site: hiking, alone or accompanied by our donkeys.
Pony rides, various workshops that we offer at the association on certain dates, farm visits... prices on request.
Nearby: plenty to see and do in Dijon, good restaurants, museums, especially the Musée des Beaux Arts.

Other things

We have a small wind turbine on our property, and in strong winds it emits a small vibration that can be disturbing.

Rules

We do not accept dogs as they are incompatible with the animals already present on site.
We do not accept campers on weekends from April to the end of September, as our premises are already available for hire for events (parties/birthdays...).
In May/June, we welcome school classes during the day.
Your presence or the presence of your camp does not pose any problem (vegetation separates the site from the rest...), but you should be aware that our farm may be "invaded" by children on certain days (from 10am to 4pm approximately).

  • Excellent stay, a warm family welcome, the best stop in France

  • Super nice place. Mathilde and her husband welcomed me warmly, showed me everything. Very well equipped with toilets, washing facilities and various seating. For me it was unfortunately too noisy at night, because of strong wind the windmill has turned violently. I am traveling with car and roof tent. In the caravan it may be quieter. And when it is windless of course. The place at Mathilde is otherwise highly recommended. Find it also great that animals are there.

  • Nice site ! Too bad we didn't have the time to discover all the animals...

  • Thank you Mathilde for this accommodation. ????

  • A very very nice place! We loved the range of different animals and also the peace of being were you can smell how nature smells. Mathilde was very friendly and let us choose where to pitch our tent.
    Many thanks!

  • Perfect stay, Mathilde welcomed me very well. The setting is beautiful, I will return without hesitation!

  • Thank you for your welcome

  • This family is very nice, the setting is very nice, the animals the countryside - thank you!

  • Warm welcome, in the middle of nature, very quiet. Especially for families with children very fun.

  • discovery of a very nice place near Dijon, welcomed by a very nice family, and moreover, the weather was nice, to do again.
