Not much traffic at our place .

We are easy to find.
Safe, clean, friendly, Wifi, close to everything.
Flat areas.

The sanitary facilities

Open 11am, inside bathrooms, outside hoses for water too.
Plug in for electric if needed .

We have internet.
Full use of kitchen.
We provide pots, pans, plates, etc.
We have one long cord if you need to plug in to a van or small RV .

Much Nature in the area.
Hiking, walking, biking , nature trails.
Rio Grande Nature Center one mile up the road.
Plenty of good food in the area.
