Gers softness

The setting

Big land of 2000 m2 located in a hamlet of 6 houses far from each other.
Quiet, no noise pollution. Road traffic is almost nil.
First villages at 5 kilometers.
An aquatic leisure center is 5 kms away.

The spots

The ground is flat, with parts under the trees or not. It allows us to have a total independence, the living part of our house turning the back to the part intended for the campers.

The sanitary facilities

A small rustic bathroom with shower, toilet and sink (hot and cold water) can be accessible if needed by agreement with us and a washing machine (shared area).

The amenities

The facilities are limited.
Are accessible:

A small portable barbecue can be lent if you have coal.
An above ground swimming pool (1M30 of water height) is accessible during the summer after consultation with us so that everyone can keep his peace.
An access to electricity is possible outside and an extension cord can be lent if needed.

The activities

To rest and take time. To be in the countryside above all and to appreciate it by discovering it on foot or by bike.
For any economic activity, it will be necessary to take the car and to make some kilometers.
