The house is located in the hamlet "la raquette" very close to the Burgundy canal (access by bike in 2 minutes), halfway between Semur-en-Auxois and Pouilly-en-Auxois (freeway exit A6 direction Paris), access to the house by the D970.

The area of the fenced land is about 3500 m2, one part of the land is "open" and the other more wooded.

    The garden and the house are very beautiful. All this at 1 minute by bike from the Burgundy canal, ideal for a break on the cycle route
