The house is located in the hamlet "la raquette" very close to the Burgundy canal (access by bike in 2 minutes), halfway between Semur-en-Auxois and Pouilly-en-Auxois (freeway exit A6 direction Paris), access to the house by the D970.

    The garden and the house are very beautiful. All this at 1 minute by bike from the Burgundy canal, ideal for a break on the cycle route
