Description

The center of Ponte de Lima is 30 minutes walking or 4 minutes by car.
There are 2 big supermarkets down the road, 10 minutes walking.

The setting

We live in an old stone house by a river surrounded by woods.
There is a road nearby, but it's not busy at all.

The spots

We don't take more than 2 tents or campervans at the same time, so you will get a private spot near the river with a lot of space around and plenty of trees.

The sanitary facilities

One shared outdoor flush toilet. There's an outdoor shower with cold water near the river.

The amenities

Wi-Fi internet coverage around the farm. Meals can be organized upon previous agreement.
We have an outdoor covered dining area with a gas stove and a barbecue pit. There is electricity and WiFi coverage there, so it's possible to use a laptop and charge mobile phones.

The activities

There is a small river crossing the property, with clean, but cold water. It is possible to swim in the hot months and even to kayak to next mill. Good for children to learn, as it's shallow and there is no current.
Different farm animals roam around the garden and forest, chicken, ducks, goats plus our 2 dogs and cats therefore we're not able to host dogs or other animals.

Children are welcome. We provide free activities and meals for kids age 6 to 8 years. (together with ours)
No smoking or open fire is allowed in the summer months as we are in a forest reserve.
