Océane C.We spent 5 nights at Edouard's Home Camper. Edouard only welcomes one group of campers at a time, so peace and quiet are guaranteed.
A large table and chairs are available, as is a barbecue. Water point and toilet in the château courtyard, about 600m from the site. The view of the château is superb.
Very warm welcome. We took advantage of the opportunity to visit and discover the château, during an ultra-fun tour. Édouard embarked on an ambitious renovation project in 2015.
We'll be delighted to come back in a few years to see how the work is progressing.

Frederic D.Beautiful location in the park at a good distance from the castle (10min walk). Despite our late arrival, we were pleasantly welcomed by a trainee. Take into account that the water and sanitary facilities are adjacent to the castle. Much appreciated possibility to make a fire and bbq available. The site is so vast and not very well lit at night that it allowed us to observe a beautiful starry sky! The only drawback is that the outbuildings of the castle are rented for parties and when we were there the music was loud until 4am. Small night, for 46€ it's expensive. Too bad we were not warned.

Actually a quiet place - but during our stay there was a festival on the site and you could hear the loud music until late at night (circa 3am), so we had a bad night. In addition, the toilets are too far away. So the price-performance ratio was not quite right for us.

Location on top of a hill with a view on the castle (part of which is under renovation) in the middle of a very protected domain. Calm and solitude guaranteed. Wonderful experience.
Beware that the water point and toilets are a bit far.
The owner came to greet us on horseback.
The visit of the castle is very pleasant and playful thanks to the game. -

As the next generation of Château property managers Edouard inspired us with his vision to create a truly special experience for visitors to this historical property.
Only wish would be for a composting toilet closer to the camping spot. -

Peter M.This is one of the most beautifull spots we have ever camped at! At the top of a hill right in front of the castle, far enough to feel isolated.
The possibility to make a camp fire was there, the children loved the search for wood. The castle itself is also impressive to visit.
We will definitely try to come back! -

Another van was present but on another site that we did not see. We were "alone in the world".
We had a very good time in the quiet.
The visit of the castle in the form of a game (in supplement) is really nice. -

Very nice place to stay!
Water and toilets are a long distance away from the spot where we stood.
Edouard wasn't there when we arrived.
We had to ask other people from te castle where our spot was but they didn't seem to really know about al the things so it was an hour before we really knew where our spot was and where to get water.
We booked with breakfast. Nice place to have a breakfast but not everything mentioned in the app was there (no local jams ect.)
Overall very nice, beautiful, quiet place but I think it's better you take your own water and breakfast. -

I was kindly welcomed by an intern who took me in my van to the camping spot.
We drove through a piece of forest behind the castle until we reached a clearing. No water, no toilets, pure nature. 5 plastic chairs and a hammock. Place to barbecue is there provided they have wood or you go get in the forest. For those who appreciate pure solitude far from everything, the spot is ok.
But 18€ for it is a bit overpriced. Since the castle only opens in the 10 o'clock I left the property without seeing a person. -

We spent one night on the site of the domain. Édouard was not present but we were well received by the animators on site.
The domain is superb, very big, isolated, calm, and the treasure hunt is very nice with the children even if I find this activity a little expensive (count 28€ for 2 adults and 2 children). Several old games very nice to occupy the children.
Concerning the site, it was unfortunately not maintained compared to the rest of the domain, so it was a little bit too much for the global price for 4 people in total autonomy (58€).
We preferred to sleep on the grassy area used as a parking lot because it was much more practical, especially with children. They were able to play on the big plain, to caress the horse,...etc.
The night went very well. No noise, no problems and woken up by the birds singing in the morning.
We left at 9am leaving the place as we found it. -

Because the castle is being restored it is unfortunately covered and there is construction work.
The pitch is a meadow far above with great views of the castle. There is nothing there !
The pitch fee is too high with 35.- ????. The castle tour should cost an additional 8.- pP .
We were there only one night . the planned and paid second night we see as a donation to Edouard's life work for the maintenance costs of the castle.

Berengere D.We spent an excellent weekend under the tent with our family. The castle and its park are magnificent, the location that the owner had prepared for us is really very pleasant.
The visit of the castle like Cluedo was a lot more for our children of 12,10,6 and 4 years old as well as all the outdoor games of the past. And it's great to be able to do a vigil by the fire!

What a privilege to have been able to admire the sunset on the castle and this magnificent forest, what a sweetness to have been able to dine by the fire, and what a joy to start the day with a great breakfast concocted by Edouard, before starting with the children (3, 7 and 11 years old who loved it) the giant cluedo, smart, nice and well conceived allowing to discover the interior of the castle and the fantastic atmosphere of the time.
Edouard and his team are delightful hosts.
