The setting

The land is filled with light vegetation and small trees. It is located on a dirt road that sees virtually no traffic but connected directly to a good paved road a few yards away. The nearest sizable town (Mountain View, AR) is less than 15 minutes away.
You'll enjoy beautiful views on the way.

The spots

The land is suitable for tents. It is mostly flat and the trees provide shade.
Parking is available on the street in front of the land.

The sanitary facilities

Guests will have to provide their own sanitation methods (washbasins, buckets, etc), go to the nearest town, or simply relieve themselves outdoors.

None, just good old-fashioned nature.

If you like hiking on hilly land, the local area is a great place for that! Enjoy quaint restaurants and cafes in nearby towns. Get to know the area, the locals, and the history!

Blanchard Springs Caverns is less than 20 minutes away. Buffalo National River National Park is less than an hour drive.
