The land is nestled in a beautiful natural site of Ile aux Pies Natura 2000 in the heart of southern Brittany, 10 minutes between La Gacilly and Redon, a historic city and the crossroads of waterways: The Vilaine, the canal from Nantes to Brest, the Oust and the Aff.
