An enclosed area at the rear of a gîte workshop for touring cyclists, for storing tents or other items (to be defined with the owner).

Greenery is guaranteed, with fields all around, and just 1 km away, the sea and its beautiful beaches and coves of Brittany.

Access via a separate gate or direct access from the house, the plot is flat...

The house is open to the rear, giving access to a toilet for campers.
