Land of more than 1 hectare, in the countryside surrounded by trees near La Roche sur Yon. And all amenities.
40 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonnes, 40 minutes from Le Puy du Fou, 45 minutes from Nantes and 1h15 from La Rochelle.
This plot is in a natural state and will only accept campers who can live independently, without water, electricity, toilet and shower.
