The setting

On top of a hill overlooking Lake
Lake Massawippi. Approximately 5 acres of land. Very quiet, 10 minutes walk to a private beach.
Close to Ayers Cliff village for basic shopping.

The spots

Flat terrain with no shade.
Very easy access but there is a good hill to climb on a dirt road so some vehicles may have difficulty getting to the top.

The sanitary facilities

For those in an RV or camper van, you are expected to use your own toilet.
For campers in tents, you can use the toilet of the house.
