A plot of land in our small town in the South Yvelines

The setting

Our property is located in a small quiet town, close to the main street so there is some traffic but the atmosphere is quite calm.
Our garden is bordered by hedges, we have a hen house with a rooster and a hen. The rooster can crow quite early in the morning, the joys of the countryside!

The spots

There are some shaded areas on the property, some sloping areas and some flat areas.
We have a full size gate that allows vehicle access.

We have sanitary facilities in the house.
