Description

I offer you my 4000m2 plot of land in Haute Normandie, 20 min from Neufchatel en Bray and 15 min from the casino at Forges les Eaux.
Take advantage of the green avenue reserved exclusively for pedestrians, cyclists, etc. to stroll safely to Dieppe.

The setting

A large garden in front of the house, with a small park where you can visit my little rabbit, a small plot at the back of the house nicely surrounded by greenery, and a large meadow at the back. You'll be awakened by the gentle chirping of the birds.

The spots

The pitches are behind my house, surrounded by trees, and a much larger pitch in the meadow.

The sanitary facilities

As I don't have any outside sanitary facilities yet, I'll let you use my bathroom.

The amenities

Wi-Fi access is available on request.
I can lend you equipment if required.
Tent, towels, gloves, sheets, dishes, etc.
To charge your equipment, I provide an extension cord next to my tool shed.

The activities

There are several stables in the area where you can enjoy horseback riding.

In Neufchatel en bray ( 20min ) :
To eat I recommend the Côme inn restaurant, for fun the bowling alley of the Pays de Bray and the cababray where you can sing karaoke every Friday night.

In Forges les Eaux (15-20min):
Spa pool at the Forges Hôtel, stroll through a magnificent park and pond.
Nice walk in the woods.
Restaurants.

Possibility of breakfast (€7 / person)

Chocolate loaves, croissants, plain yoghurt, fruit juice, spreads, jam, coffee, milk, chocolate powder.
