The land is left wild, the house is not yet habitable, but there is water and electricity. There are some bushes and trees on the land.

The land is located in a small street near the center of the village, very quiet place. Less than a kilometer from a large wood.

The terrain is mostly flat. There are 5-6 places for tents and there are shady areas. There is parking for 2 cars, 2 motorhomes, or 2 caravans.
