Description

There are two small shops within walking distance, and Tesco, Sainsburys, Morrisons and Aldi supermarkets within 2 miles. Loads of places to eat both in and out of town, and lots to do for all ages

The setting

A mature family garden, with a pond, and free range chickens. Fairly quiet (some road noise). Red kites fly over the garden, there are fish, frogs and toads in the pond, stag beetles, and dragonflies as well.

It is POSSIBLE to pitch a small tent in the garden, but the cockerels start making a noise as soon as it is light. You may find this disturbing.

The spots

Motorhomes accommodated on the front drive, which is level. (Electric Hookup available).

Tents on the level back lawn, BUT we have 4 cockerels, who start crowing at dawn.

Access to ground floor toilet during the day.

Cold water tap and hose in the garden. Chemical Toilet disposal available.

By Car:- Any Sat-Nav will find us. We are located in Stoney Road, Priestwood, RG42 1XX. We are less than 3/4 mile from the A329 or the A322.

By Train:- From London Waterloo, Reading, or Guildford (Via Ascot or Wokingham). Then 1 mile walk. OR - Taxi rank at station, Or bus - 150 to Priestwood Shops (200 yard walk), (phone number hidden)A to St Anthony's Close (150 yard walk)

Green line service 702/703 from London or Reading to Bracknell Station

By BIke:- A30 from Staines, A329 from Reading, A322, A329 from Windsor, or A3095 from Camberley. Cycle friendly town, so come by bike. See (website hidden)

Because of the cats and chickens, we can only welcome accredited assistance dogs.

Access to the garden is independent of the house.

The pond is more than 60cm deep AND IS NOT FENCED OR COVERED ! ! ! If you have toddlers, this may not be the site for you!

We have 3 single person tents, a Two man, and a Three man.

For a bare tent. - Extra £5.00 per night per tent.

For a tent with air mattresses, light and sleeping bag - £8.00 extra per person (Max 2 people)

Be aware of the noise from the cockerels.
