A mature family garden, with a pond, and free range chickens. Fairly quiet (some road noise). Red kites fly over the garden, there are fish, frogs and toads in the pond, stag beetles, and dragonflies as well.
Motorhomes accommodated on the front drive (Hookup available).
Tents on the back lawn. Fairly level, some shade.
There are 3 concrete steps from the patio down to the lawn, so not suitable for wheelchair access.
