We are 25 miles to the Grand Canyon.
25 miles to Williams and historic route 66. 50 miles to Flagstaff.
Beautiful mountain views. No light pollution so the night sky is amazing!
Very quiet with a big sky.

The setting

Mountain views (San Francisco peaks).
You will be .5 miles from 180. Very quiet.
No light pollution.
No trees but the views are amazing.
No bugs (except flies). Very dry.

The spots

Ground is flat and easy to reach.
On site parking. No shade unless created by you.

The sanitary facilities

A very nice outhouse with a composting toilet.
We live here full time so if anything was needed we could provide.

Grand Canyon area. Tons of things to do! Historic Williams AZ is a must see.
75mile drive to Sedona AZ!
