Description

Land of 5000m2.
2500 of green grass available but only 800 M2 flat.
Possibility to make a park for pets.
Electricity with generator 2800w/h. City water point at the end of one of the two disused livestock buildings.

The setting

Slopes, holly, ash, chestnut,
Small vegetable garden with lasagna cultivation
No neighbor within 100m.
Rolling hills, quiet, nice landscapes, temperate but windy and humid.
We are two friends living there (a friend and myself).
Possibility to show videos, by lottery, in one of the two buildings.
