Description

Simple cottage on an acre of land in town, yet has a country feel surrounded by trees. Near the hospital and downtown Rutherfordton. Right off of 108 20 minutes from Tryon Equestrian Center. Spring runs through property, above ground pool, garage for storage, Rv hook up, and we have a canvas 12 ft tent set up for additional sleeping space with an outdoor tub! Take a bath under the stars. We are beginning to build a homestead and currently have 34 chickens. Come retreat to a quiet town and get some tranquil time near nature!

You can definitely have access to electric with cord. (Not provided)

The activities

There are about 3 different hikes within 10 minutes. All of them are great for biking. There is a nice coffee shop called Small Town Coffee. Copper Penny Grill is yummy food. Grocery is very near. There are few kids playgrounds within minutes. Its great for biking!

Rules

Golden rule, treat us how you want to be treated, this is our home. Take out what you bring. Please take your trash out with you. Dispose of your animal manure, please.
