This is a 90-acre old farm, where there are over 16 acres of farmland or grass field, 2700 feet of a small river or brook frontage, forest, hill hiking, and adventure.
This property is located in central Vermont 12 miles off and running parallel with 89, in a valley, with all the adventure of open outdoors to offer.
This is a carry-in carry-out facility with very few restrictions.
Camp in the woods, or in the fields just clean up after yourself and respect other visitors.

The setting

Nestled in the Heart of Vermont close to the only floating bridge west of Wisconsin and on the White River extension, sitting in a deep valley on Route 14.
Woods, rivers, and fields, what a great way to spend a week or spend a night.

The spots

All spots are first come first serve, you need to find a place, drop your tent and make sure you build a safe enclosed fire.

The sanitary facilities

Depending on the size of the group, porta-potties are available by request for an additional fee, however, if more than one group is renting on the property one will be installed.
TBD, but there are places on Rt14 to go, do not dump waste on the property.
