Come and stop by the Loir!

The setting

We live in a longère located in the hamlet of Matheflon.
The 3000m2 shaded land offers several places to settle down.
A place in the countryside but 1,5km from the center of Seiches sur le Loir.

The spots

The land is relatively flat, with easy access through a large central courtyard.
You will have a choice of location.

The sanitary facilities

You will have access to a toilet and shower in our house.
Outside, there is a water point.

The amenities

Wifi available from the terrace of the house.
It is quite possible to use our kitchen.
Electricity is available from the barn, if you bring your own extension cord.
Swings and games for children are available.

The activities

We are a few hundred meters from the banks of the Loir, where you can walk, cycle or canoe.
Angers center at 20 minutes by car, Durtal castle at 15 minutes, Malagué pond or Villevêque beach with supervised swimming in summer at 10 minutes.

We do not wish to host for a stay exceeding 3 nights. Please do not contact us if this is the case.
