Come and camp in our Gers farm on the hillsides of the Gers...! We are just starting to offer camping at the farm, so the facilities are not optimal. So we will welcome you in our farm in all simplicity, but always with a smile!
The setting
Farm of 30 ha on the road to the village but in a quiet and wild setting (property located on protected moors and woods).
In height on the hillsides of Gers, with always a little freshness in summer and especially a panoramic view on the Pyrenees as well as the hills of Gers.
You will be able to discover our permaculture activities (vegetable garden, orchard, ecological renovation, etc.) or our pension for horses.
The spots
Parking space on the parking lot for the less off-road vehicles.
Possibility for the rest of the vehicles of 2-3 other more wild sites, but farther from the farmhouse (and thus from the conveniences).
Various pitches for tents in the hillside and the meadow close to the farmhouse (and therefore to the amenities) or further away (forest, natural meadows, etc...).
Depending on the location (and the weather) panoramic view on the Pyrenees and the hills of the Gers.
The sanitary facilities
Dry toilets outside (but sheltered of course), and soon solar shower and sink outside too.
Otherwise dry toilets and bathroom inside.
No schedule for outdoor facilities, except in exceptional conditions. If you use the indoor facilities, please try not to do so after 9:30 p.m./10 p.m.
Access to the indoor toilets is extra (free contribution to the kitty of our roommate).
The amenities
Equipped kitchen in the house (shared) accessible directly from the outside. Possibility to cook, use the dishes or some of our food with a free participation to the kitty of our roommate.
Access to a small inflatable pool.
Drinking water accessible on several taps outside as well as electricity (but possibility of extension cord depending on the location).
Picnic area outside in front of the kitchen.
For the moment no possibility of fires and according to conditions access to a barbecue.
4G, or if necessary if there is a problem with your operator, the house remains accessible for Wi-Fi.
The activities
Possibility of hiking with several loops around the farm.
Possibility to visit the farm depending on the time we have.
Possibility of walking the horses with us according to the time we have.
Outside spaces shared with the house and the people of the pension so possibility to relax, to walk.
Several villages and the city of Auch at 15 or 20 minutes. The Pyrenees and Toulouse are a little more than an hour away. So all kinds of activities are possible in the surroundings...!
Other things
Depending on our activities (often intense) on the farm, we may or may not have time to give you a long presentation of the place, to propose activities or to share a moment with us.
If there is a problem with accommodation (storm, missing tent, too low temperatures, etc...), we can also accommodate you in a dormitory in the house of 15 places (free participation in the kitty of the colocation at that time).
