Description

A few kilometers from Avignon, close to the via Rhona (5km) or on the way if you pass from Avignon on the left bank of the Rhone, we welcome the brave cyclists, the cyclotourists, and all the people who travel with a tent on the back or in the trunk for a stopover in our shady garden, (at the end of the day) with a swimming pool to relax.
Ideal for a quiet stop in the countryside, before leaving for other discoveries.

The setting

Set up your tent in our garden and choose the perfect spot to be in the shade at the end of the day.
On the grounds there are fruit trees (apricot, cherry and fig) and also our 3 chickens which are very discreet. If you decide to pitch your tent you will be next to our wooden chalet (with shower and toilet) and the swimming pool in free access.

Free pitch on our plot, with an independent access it's just OK for 4/6 persons and 2 tents.

The sanitary facilities

There is a hot shower + toilet in the chalet next door.

The amenities

At our place, there is WIFI internet, with a possibility to cook outside. There is also a possibility to have a power outlet with or without extension cord.
There is a mini-market run by Antony and a bakery run by Laurie.

The activities

- visit Barbentane, a village of Provence with its fortifications and its watchtower.
- visit the abbey of Frigolet in the Montagnette.
- visit Avignon (12km)
- visit Saint Rémy de Provence (18km by bike)

Other things

With us, it's more like a quiet stop before continuing your journey.
The rental time of the plot is limited to 4 nights and yes, we are not a camping site by the way!

Rules

Here are some commonplace rules and regulations to make the stay as pleasant as possible for everyone
Our place is not a night club, so you can come home late but not dance and listen to loud music.
Our place is a family place, we behave decently among ourselves.
You can smoke in the garden and not under our windows (and no laughing cigarettes), you just need an ashtray.
At our place the swimming pool is free, we are clean when we swim and we don't pee in it (there are toilets just next door).
At our place, you will be quiet, there is no obligation to talk, we can do each one on its side.
At our place you can use the kitchen outside, you just have to tidy up and clean what has been used (normal what)

In short, we accept everyone as long as they respect each other.
We are not well here, cool, peaceful, relaxed....

Extras

Possibility of breakfast (€7 / person)

Chocolate bread or croissant, butter bread, tea, coffee, jam, muesli and fruit, to start the day.
Served from 7:30 am and not later than 9:30 am, after that it is too hot in the tent.

I really liked this first experience with Homecamper at Xavier and Aurelia's place who welcomed us in their charming garden according to the pictures. Everything is faithful to the description. No bad surprises. A small family organized to make you spend a stay at your convenience. They allowed us to take advantage of their swimming pool (without moderation) and of the chalet at disposal with independent shower and toilets.
    In short, everything was absolutely perfect.
    Arrangements on the schedules of breakfasts, you wake up in the morning with your meal tray (FRESH) deposited (in what concerns us at the foot of the tent on a table placed at disposal for our stay) by a family and devoted team !!!
