Description

2000m² pond and self-contained site in preparation, on the edge of a forest and close to a village (4 kilometers).

The setting

Very quiet location surrounded by meadows and woods. On the edge of a pond and stream, accessible by a discreet path. A small cottage with a rustic kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed is available.

The spots

You can set up all around the U-shaped pond. You can also pitch your tents close to the small house. This is also available.

The sanitary facilities

I'm not yet self-sufficient in drinking water. I have a well in the process of potabilization, ponds and a stream. The property has a clean and well-maintained outdoor dry toilet. There are no showers on site, but if you need one, don't hesitate to ask me. I live less than a kilometer away. I can also refill your water bottles and barrels.

The amenities

4G and 5G (free) reception is very good. I can provide wood for a barbecue but unfortunately there are restrictions in summer. The site has no electricity at the moment (autonomy project in progress). A kitchenette with gas hob and utensils is available in the sleeping chalet. I can provide you with a barrel of drinking water.

Chapelle de la Faigne, Château du Lude, Petit Bordeaux garden, etc.

Other things

I live less than a kilometer from the site. If necessary, you can come and shower and wash your clothes. I also have other meadows to accommodate you if you have a large camper van, for example.

Rules

Cigarette butts forbidden and no garbage left on site. I can collect your garbage if necessary.
