Description

Welcome to our home.
We are still renovating our house.
We have 3 home-schooled children, 1 dog, 2!cats, a few chickens and sheep.
Our aim is to provide a simple, warm environment.

The setting

There's not much traffic here, except for a few tractors.
We like to say that our neighbors are cows, even though there are other dwellings in the area.
Our house is next to the ruins of Gilles de retz's ancient castle, known as "barbe bleue". It's a place steeped in history.
The garden is just a few minutes from the princé forest, the village center and an organic producer.

The spots

Wheeled vehicles can park in the courtyard parking lot, or under the hangar if available.
Tents can be set up on the pond side or in front of the ruin.
The various pitches are flat.

The sanitary facilities

Sanitary facilities are rudimentary, with dry toilets in the gardens.
There are no showers. Water from the well does not supply the solar shower.

The amenities

I don't think the wifi connection is good enough, since the location is so far away, but if you need it occasionally it's possible.

We can provide an electrical outlet in one of the barns.

The activities

We have a pond, so fishing is possible.
The Princé forest is nearby, so hiking is possible.
The beach is 15 km away.

Rules

  • We really enjoyed our stay with Charline and her little family!

My parents with their truck and I in a tent with my children, like alone in the middle of nowhere and yet close to many places to see. Extra for the kids! Lots of space, possibility to make noise without bothering anyone. We were even bothered by nobody: very quiet in this green area.

Thank you very much Charline ! I hope we will have the opportunity to come back !

  • Hello Charline
We had a nice time in a quiet and relaxing place
We had the pleasure to discuss with your 2 charming little girls
Thank you and good luck for the continuation of your work

  • Very pleasant meeting with the owners, and the history of this magical place. Thanks to Charline and all the family, very pleasant moment.

An unusual and very pleasant place.

  • Always super welcoming, the owners invited us to the aperitif dinner, great experience! I highly recommend

  • Calm and warm welcome, I recommend!

  • We spent a nice time near the blue beard house.
Charline is very nice and she makes a delicious chocolate and coconut cake. Her children are charming and very well behaved.

  • Good experience

  • What an experience !
Thank you to Charline and all her family for welcoming us so well !
An extraordinary family, kind, benevolent who loves nature and sharing. We spent a wonderful evening together around a BBQ and grilled Chamallows ????????????
A real happiness to be with them ! It is an experience that will remain forever engraved in our memories, a beautiful human experience and wonderful encounters, what a pleasure!
Thank you to all of you (without forgetting Billy), stay as you are, we will come back with great pleasure to see you! Or who knows, maybe we'll invite you to our place one day ????

Don't hesitate, you can go to Charline and her family with your eyes closed ;). (Plenty of room for dogs!!)
See you soon, kisses to you all !

  • We were lucky enough to be the first guests on this site. Very quiet, far from the crowds of the coastline and crowded campsite. Still a few things to finish. But very nice and welcoming. To discover.
