Description

Welcome to our home.
We are still in the process of renovating our house.
We have 3 homeschooled children, 1 dog, 3 cats, a few chickens and 2 goats.
We aspire to a simple and warm living environment.

The setting

Here there is not much traffic except for a few tractors.
We like to say that our neighbors are cows even if there are other houses in the area.
Our house is next to the ruin of the old castle of Gilles de retz called "barbe bleue". It is a place full of history.
The garden is a few minutes away from the forest of Princé, from the center of the village, and from an organic producer.

The spots

Wheeled vehicles can be parked in the courtyard, or under the shed if it is available.
Tents can be set up on the side of the pond or in front of the ruin.
The different locations are flat.

The sanitary facilities

The sanitary facilities are rudimentary, dry toilets in the gardens.
There is no shower. The water of the well does not allow to feed the solar shower.

The amenities

I doubt that the wifi connection is of good enough quality since the location is far to satisfy you but if you need it punctually it is possible.

We can provide an electrical outlet in one of the barns.

The activities

We have a pond so it is possible to fish.
The forest of Princé is close by so it is possible to go hiking.
The beach is 15 km away.

Rules

- Respect the nature that surrounds you by putting your waste in the trash.
-Your children are under your responsibility, (be careful with the pond).
- Pick up the droppings of your animals.

  • We really enjoyed our stay with Charline and her little family!

    My parents with their truck and I in a tent with my children, like alone in the middle of nowhere and yet close to many places to see. Extra for the kids! Lots of space, possibility to make noise without bothering anyone. We were even bothered by nobody: very quiet in this green area.
