In this former inn and educational farm you will enjoy a garden of 4500 m².
At 30 minutes from the Emerald Coast, Hervé welcomes you in all conviviality.
In the 4 corners of the garden, you will be able to install your tent in an intimate and bucolic place.

The setting

You will be able to take advantage of a 4500 m² park with trees, a one hectare property and according to the season and production, fruits and vegetables from the garden, freshly laid eggs.
Gourmet breakfasts to be taken on the terrace of the former bar or, if the weather does not allow it, inside (shared spaces)
Quiet garden, always sunny with a few shady spots, each with its own atmosphere, a few hammocks, a huge metal bowl for a fire, a lunch corner.
Depending on the moment, sculptures on tree trunks, on stone and various creations. Birds, squirrels, hedgehogs have taken up residence in this garden, sometimes pheasants and roe deer.
Some remarkable trees, including Hector, the venerable three hundred year old oak who has accepted to welcome your guest for a few years and will be happy to meet you.

The spots

The garden offers 5 places to install your tent (1 to 2 people per tent), a comfortable lawn (a maximum of 9 people can be accommodated in total)
A large space allows you to park your vehicles 30 to 50 meters from your installation.
The camp sites are at least 50 meters apart.
For those who wish, the sauna is convertible in order to spend the night, to sleep with benches convertible into a sleeping bench and with the hygiene measures proper to the place. Spend a night in the middle of the garden, fall asleep, wake up with the birds singing, enjoy the views of the garden, the fields, the landscape (22 € per night including sheets)

The sanitary facilities

Shower, toilet, sink, washing machine in self-service in a part of the house are exclusively independent and dedicated to the campers.

In practice and in the sustainable development register: compost, solar showers and dry toilets are also at your disposal and in option.
The rationalization of the uses of the shower and its water heater are required (do not empty the tank and think of leaving hot water to your friends campers, organize to take its showers and leave time to the balloon to do its work)

The amenities

A wood-fired sauna is available in the garden with a notice period to heat it up and a maintenance fee. Take advantage of the virtues of the sauna to close your day and curl up in your tent, soaked in warmth. Sauna installed in a cabin in the middle of the garden. Equipped with a hi-fi system, essential oils, a changing room and a terrace, you will be able to relax there, day and night, and benefit from the recognized benefits of this practice (the sauna will be heated by your host, a contribution to the maintenance costs and consumables will be requested - 20 € - towels provided in addition)
Fireplace for flambées and grills, hammocks, garden furniture common to all users, outdoor terrace for breakfasts, indoor lunch table in the old bar in case of bad weather are at your disposal.
Electricity is available on a self-service basis with moderate and reasonable use.
Weekly open-air cinema according to the wishes of the campers after consultation.
Library of 2000 books at your disposal.
3 bicycles are at your service for walking and shopping.
An awning will allow you to find a shelter in rainy weather so you don't stay cooped up in your tent; in Brittany, the weather is always fine between showers and showers are now rare.
First aid kit, painkillers at your service.

The activities

Farniente and relaxation are of course the order of the day, the site is calm and quiet.
The coast, St Malo, cancale, Saint-Briac, the marvelous Emerald Coast are at a few tens of minutes from the place, the Mont Saint-Michel at 45 minutes, Dinan, historical center at 10 minutes.
Nearby, accessible by bicycle or on foot, the leisure center and the pond of Bétineuc and its beach, the Isle-Rance canal, remarkable villages and castles such as Saint-Juvat, one of the first flowered villages in France, Tréfumel, Bécherel (city of books) ......
The Rance and its towpaths can lead you peacefully, in the pleasure of appreciating a very beautiful transition of landscapes, to the sea; you will leave from Bétineuc, 3 km from your tent, to arrive in Saint-Malo and Dinard at the mouth of the Rance.
Your host will not fail to advise you to discover this beautiful region; guides and books are at your disposal.

Some producers, one of which is less than 1 km away, offer farm products, so don't hesitate.
