Description

Large house with various sleeping facilities inside and outside. Parking in front of the house, by the stream and the garden.

The setting

Our property once belonged to the extended family. The space is correspondingly generous. In the middle of the traditional village center, between bakery, butcher's shop, church and inn, the Leidersbach runs in front of our house. At the back lies the agriculturally used slope, at the upper border of which the hiking trail into the Spessart Nature Park starts.

The spots

For caravans there are 3 parking possibilities on solid ground: 2 x sunny in front of the door and once semi-shade next to the door. In the garden are shady and sunny places for camping.

The sanitary facilities

outside I can serve with cold tap water of the best drinking quality, inside the house there is a large kitchen, bathroom, shower and several toilets.

The amenities

Electricity, kitchen, internet, all you can eat herbs, hammocks with panoramic view, cocktails made with own herbs and fruits: check.

The activities

Horseback riding, hiking, biking, gardening, listening to the birds and crickets, looking for the deer, sinking your butt in the cold stream when it's hot, night hike, herb hike, adventure hike, rally with children and adults.

Rules

Consideration for the plants in the garden, as well as nature in the forest.

Extras

Possibility of breakfast (€15 / person)

From 2 people, I gladly arrange the following breakfast on the covered terrace: espresso or coffee, teas, Spessart bread and other baked goods, local products ( wild boar sausage, cheese, jams), seasonal fruit, eg cherry, peach, pear, grape, apple, cereals, milk, yogurt. Various daily specials are available in the neighboring inn and butcher's shop, pizza can also be fetched on foot.
