Description

Halfway between Toulouse and Albi, Castres and Montauban, we welcome you on a large, flat, wooded and very quiet plot of land at the end of a cul-de-sac 2km from the center of St Sulpice and the A68.
To visit, in the surroundings, the bastides such as Rabastens, Lisle sur Tarn, Cordes, Puycelsi, St Antonin Noble Val, the vineyards of Gaillac, the city of Space and the banks of the Garonne in the heart of the Pink City (25 min by road or train).

The setting

"It's quiet at home! "This is what all our visitors tell us when they discover our land in its green setting on the banks of the Tarn.
You will be able to sit at the foot of one of the umbrella pines or near a large cedar and enjoy the southern exposure. Shops are accessible at 2km, market on Wednesday in St Sulpice and Saturday in Rabastens (6km) or Lavaur (15km).

The spots

2 pitches on a flat ground with a choice of shade or not. The ground is closed and protected by an automatic gate of 3m wide (1 remote control is lent during the stay).
The pitches are easy to access, no need to worry about maneuvering!

The sanitary facilities

A toilet is available in the entrance hall of our house.
Cold water available outside.

wifi available near the house but 4G is good.
Possibility to do some laundry and to put some food in our fridge (please let us know in advance)
Drainage area for CC at less than 3 km on the service area of Portes du Tarn

The activities

Hiking, bicycle route, visit of the Gaillac vineyard, circuit of the Bastides.
Toulouse is accessible by train (station 2 km away, several trains per hour) or by road in 25 minutes.
Albi accessible by the A68 (30 minutes). Castres and Montauban at 45 minutes.
Palmola golf course at 5 minutes
