Description

The land is about 50 meters from the house. You will have an unobstructed view of the Salagou Lake and its surroundings. You will be able to enjoy the calm and serenity of the place at any time of the year.

The setting

The land is in rather large shelves. The road is far away so no nuisance. Our first neighbors are 200m away. The view is very clear and there are some shady spots on the land.

The spots

The shelves for installation are flat and easy to access. No size limit for your installation.

The sanitary facilities

There is currently a water point with sink and work surface as well as a shared pizza oven and barbecue. A dry toilet and shower are under construction.

The amenities

We offer a top fridge and a usb phone connection in the center of the lot. No 220V on the lot. Possibility to have wifi by approaching the house. Your leftover fruits and vegetables can be given to the chickens in the pen.

The activities

On the spot : hiking trails, mountain bike trails. At 4km walking distance : Lake of Salagou for swimming, fishing or other activities. And all shops at 7km.

Other things

Not being a main activity but a sharing one, the totality of the collected sums is reinvested in the development of the ground and its equipment.

When you arrive at the Mas delon sheepfold, there is a white cross at the edge of the road. Pass behind the gites along the red stone wall on the path behind the sheepfold. For the respect of the cottages the dogs will have to stay in the camping area or on a leash outside this area.

  • First Homecampee experience. Friendly welcome, guaranteed tranquility.
    Tight access but it passes with a small camping car, in case of rain small climb in the grass not obvious. No worries with a van or car. Equipment of the site certainly very practical for who needs it.
