Description

Homestay on a micro-farm run by artisan fruit growers.
Just outside the village of Forcalquier in the Lubéron region of Manosque.

The setting

A valley 15 minutes' walk from Forcalquier town center, nature and peace and quiet
All amenities
- We are in the countryside: natural and agricultural zones. We warn you that there are naturally small insects, a rooster that can crow early (and sometimes on full moon nights too!) and wonderful bird (email hidden)Occasionally, tractors pass over the track at our place.
- What we offer is rustic: if you have any particular need for comfort, this is certainly not the place for you... but if country simplicity is to your taste, you'll be delighted!

For those who like it green: the setting and view are magnificent. We minimize pollution of all kinds, and reduce consumption. We're looking for people who appreciate silence and want to share these values.
No set hours... just quiet and welcome!

The spots

This caravan is isolated, in a small undergrowth.
- The caravan is not equipped with electricity, but a small outdoor fridge to share + solar-powered torches are available.

- One or two 120x190 double beds
- A small storage cupboard, an inside table (if only one bed is installed) and an outside sitting area under a large ivy canopy.

- Amenities are in the home, with independent access dedicated to campers: kitchen and bathroom, all mod cons
(so cell phones can be charged here)

The caravan is not equipped with electricity, but an outdoor fridge is available.
We prepare the beds! Bring your own towels
Small solar-powered lanterns + 1 good rechargeable lantern are available.

The activities

Most of our work is done on the farm, and we have close links with the natural cultural environment of nearby villages, so we'll have plenty to help you fill your outings... Dried fruit from the Ciel Ouvert farm for sale on site.

Very natural and peaceful. For those who love green: the setting and the view are magnificent. We minimize pollution of all kinds, we reduce consumption, we expect people who appreciate silence and want to share these values.
No fixed hours... just quiet and welcome!

Rules

3 nights minimum
Please use organic products for your dishes and toilets.

The rules are those of respect for family life: courtesy, shared discretion, little noise during the day, no noise after 10pm.
Children are welcome: especially little adventurers. Good shoes required.
No direct car access to the caravan: you'll have to walk 100 m with your luggage.

You're welcome to bring your own garbage cans (it's nice to leave the place tidy).

No fires or candles allowed: Provence is dry!
No smoking on the premises or in the caravan (secure ashtray available).

We'll be discreet, but available for information on site.

Possibility of breakfast (€8 / person)

Breakfast on site! From 8am to 10:30am, at least one day in advance
It's hearty: homemade bread and jam, butter, tea or coffee, fruit juice...
