Poor
  • Thomas warned us of his absence, but left no directions to help us get settled. I haven't been able to contact him (telephone problem on my part). The garden is small, with little room to maneuver a large caravan, so we set up on the edge of the road. He doesn't offer toilets for his pitch, but had turned off the water in his garden, so there was no way to fill our toilets or do the dishes, and his solar shower wasn't powered. after setting up, some friends came over and needed a trailer for which we were in the way, so we had to unplug everything, reattach it and stop preparing our meals. Nevertheless, we'd like to thank the friends who helped us as best they could: the shower worked for 1 hour, but if we wanted more, we had to go and get the keys from the neighbor. As our friends were coming back during the night to drop off the trailer (which limited our parking possibilities) and as this was the last leg of our road trip, we decided to leave after dinner.
