This is an off grid location surrounded by farmland and forest. The road gets pretty narrow and bumpy toward the end so that's why I chose the option of not accepting RV's just out of consideration. It's a little over 2 miles dirt and gravel, the reward for this journey being the seclusion, and silence with the occasional barking dog in the distance, and almost no passing traffic. Ally Springs is just a few miles away, with blue springs being a must see, but a bit further drive. Echo Bluff State Park as well located 20 miles north of Eminence.
The setting
Traffic almost non-existent, birds, frogs, butterflies and (email hidden)Ticks are an issue if you venture into the woods, and for me personally when I'm taking up kindling for a fire, but a big portion of the land has been cleared so they are definitely avoidable.
The spots
Parking is easy, and the spots are easy to reach, and plenty of flat space, shade could be a problem because of the type of trees that grow don't offer a lot of shade.
The sanitary facilities
Right now I don't have anything but I will work on getting a composting toilet and other things depending on what people need because I'm new to this.
The amenities
Internet works on if you have at&t or cricket wireless. I have straight talk and it receives internet.
The activities
My day will consist of gardening, clearing land and building a fire, and I'll usually head down to Ally Springs to cool off. The property doesn't off much in the way of (email hidden)sorry to say.
