Description

Beautiful location in the nature reserve directly near Oldenburg with swimming lakes, sunsets and campfires

The setting

Here is a lot of space and nature, the road has almost become a dirt road by our house, where you can take long walks through meadows, forest and moor.
We have pitches for campers (in front of the hedge) and tent sites in the garden, electricity and a bathtub (!) in the garden - with hot water!
The nearest swimming lake is 2 meadows away, Oldenburg city center 20 min by bike.

Bathtub in the garden and shower and toilet in the house, the washing machine can be shared with pleasure

The activities

Swimming, canoeing, cycling, walking, Oldenburg has a very nice city center and of course there are also a few museums and cinemas.

Rules

We are non-smokers and in the house we do not smoke at all - in the garden please take the butts with you/throw them in the trash. We are also not the party and alcohol faction. We don't have a problem with others drinking what they want, but we don't want to have a raucous campfire. Real music is welcome.

In the house we do not want dogs, in the garden all animals are welcome.

A few hours a week I have clients here, so it has to be relatively quiet in the house. The rest of the time we are allowed to romp and play music as we like.

Outstanding

  • We had a lovely stay with Lena and her partner! They live at the end of a narrow lane with no traffic surrounded by lovely meadows. We were made very welcome and were able to use excellent facilities inside their house. We saw hares, herons, lapwings. Walking along the path we saw several deer in the long grass- bring your binoculars!
