Description

On a property of 4 hectares, with swimming pool wood and games for children you will be able to benefit from the countryside to 10 kilometers of plouay and to 30 kilometers of the sea.

The setting

Close to the main road to access your leisure and visit
You will be able to take advantage of our 15/5 m secured but not heated swimming pool. The opening date will depend on the weather conditions

The spots

Pitch on a ground desboise last year . flat ground but not stabilized. Direct access through a 6 m gate.

The sanitary facilities

Independent WC and a bathroom with hot shower, sink and washing machine 8kg (you will privilege the programs course has low temperatures)
No emptying of waste water and grey water

The amenities

Electricity possible according to the number of people already in place, provide large extension cord (to see before booking if electricity is essential)
An open room of 90 M2 is available with tables, chairs, living room with sofa, table soccer, ping ping table, fridge and gas fires will be available in this place. All our equipment are our personal equipment and often second hand it will be well to take into account and take care of it, we do not pretend to offer luxury but simplicity!

The activities

On site you can enjoy the pool from 10 am to 8 pm, a small fishing session around the pond.
Board games at disposal, games for children outside, tyrolean and various (email hidden)Forest at 5 km with its valley of the scorff. Many hikes to make, beach at 30 km, zoo and amusement parks in the vicinity.

Other things

This place is exclusively reserved for people wishing to camp, in no case will be able to take place unexpected events or without prior reservations with all the conditions given

Rules

We are not responsible for your personal belongings or materials.
Animals must be kept on a leash.
Children will be under the supervision of parents or accompanying adults.
The access to the swimming pool will undoubtedly be done under the supervision of adults, it benefits from a system of fence to the standards for the children of less than 6 years access of 10h has 20h.
Access to the pond is authorized, but no fencing!

Quietness will be required in order to respect the vosinage after 10 pm.
All your garbage will be deposited in the container provided for this purpose at the end of our street because no collection at home.

    Sylvain and Angelique provide everything you need to spend an unforgettable stay with your family or as a couple.

    Many activities are available on the spot and it is even possible to walk peacefully in the immense garden raised by the property.

  • A beautiful stay, the children loved it... my oldest preferred these few days here than capfun ????
    The kids loved the pool, the zip line, the games available including the baby, the pool table and the uno and the time with the other kids.
    Our tent was only used as a bedroom, everything else was available for eating and relaxing. It was a great experience to spend the night in a tent, even though it had been a long time since we had left the tent. We were lucky to have the best weather.
