ARRIVALS from 3 p.m. DEPARTURES until 1 p.m.

On a large property, with wooden swimming pool and children's playground, you can enjoy the countryside 10 kilometers from plouay and 30 kilometers from the sea. 5km from rivers and forests.

*Many services available, UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY AND SUPERVISION OF AN ADULT FOR CHILDREN. WE DECLINE ALL RESPONSIBILITY.

The setting

-You'll be staying in the lush greenery of an outlying hamlet of 4 dwellings, where traffic is minimal.
-The camping area is defined at the top of the plot to avoid noise from the main road below.
-Maximum capacity is 20 campers.

The property is made up of a large area of woodland where you'll be able to venture out, and a small pond where you can try your hand at fishing if you have your own tackle.
We live in the immediate vicinity of the hall and sanitary facilities.

- SPIKE our dog, a 2-year-old Australian shepherd (tattooed and vaccinated), will be your faithful companion on the road. He loves children and especially playing with him.

The spots

-The pitch will be chosen on your arrival according to the places available and on very precise places on the flat areas.
-If you want electricity, you will be asked to bring your own extension cord, ideally 25 m long.
- There's a place for everyone, with sunny and shady spots.
- possibility of grouping several tents, as there are no limits on tent sizes.
-Access to the site is via an independent entrance, as are the exits.

The sanitary facilities

- 1 separate toilet ( toilet paper not supplied )

- 1 bathroom with hot shower, 1 washbasin SHARED for all campers

-1 washing machine 8kg is located in the shower room and is available free of charge.
( we ask you to use it on short programs, washing powder not supplied )

-NO emptying of waste water and grey water.

- Thank you for respecting the correct access time.

- EVERYONE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING THE SITE CLEAN AND TIDY, AND PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHILDREN'S USE OF THE SITE.

-Electricity available depending on the number of people already on site, please bring a large extension cord (check before booking if electricity is essential).

-A large common room is available with tables, chairs, sofa, table soccer, ping pong table.

-A kitchenette with 1 fridge, gas hob, coffee maker and microwave will be available here.

All our equipment is personal and often second-hand, so please take it into account and take good care of it. We don't pretend to offer luxury, but simplicity!

- GARBAGE is to be disposed of by each passenger, with containers at the end of the road on the way out for black garbage, yellow bag containers, and glass sorting at several locations nearby.

- A summer kitchen in the garden is available with barbecues, you can use the wood available so as not to buy coal.

The activities

On site you can enjoy the pool from 10 am to 8 pm, NOT HEATED.
The pool is safe for children under 6. It is accessible under the supervision and responsibility of parents. Please bring your own personal equipment.

unannounced or unreserved events may take place, subject to all the conditions set out below.

Rules

-We accept no responsibility for your personal belongings and materials.

-Children will be under the supervision of parents or accompanying adults.
-Access to the swimming pool will undoubtedly be under the supervision of adults, it benefits from a system of fence to the standards for the children of less than 6 years access of 10h with 20h.
-Access to the pond is authorized, but no fencing!

-Please be quiet after 10 p.m. to respect the vosinage.

-All your garbage must be deposited in the container provided for this purpose at the end of our street, as there is NO home collection.

-We will not tolerate any rubbish on the site, the areas must be left clean and the equipment left in good condition, tidy and complete after each use.

  • An overnight stay where we were alone on this magnificent estate with everything to please young and old alike: swimming pool, trampoline, tree house, hammock, swing, zip line. And as a bonus, bathroom, wc, several places to relax. A superb welcome, and spyke a great dog ????
