Relaxing at an old farm with oaks that spend shadow and beautyful horses.

The setting

Elsdorf has a super delicious bakery, the no less delicious Elsdorfer Hof (with pizza-pasta buffet on Wednesdays - registration required), a butcher with 24h vending machine and a dairy farm next door that can be visited. And of course our little "store" - the one-room Edeka.
Music is often played in the farmhouse next to the pitch and there are usually beautiful Arabo Frisians right next to your pitch.

Elsdorf has a tasty backery, the likewise tasty Elsdorfer Hof, a sloughter with a 24h-automat in the village and a dairy farm that can be visited. And, of course, our small store in the village. In the old farmhouse - next to you parking site - you can listen to music.
Green land sometimes with horses. Quiet and calm. Usually with beautyful horses around you.

The spots

Level green area, partly under oak trees. In heavy rain, please all stay in front on the asphalt yard, the green area is otherwise no longer green :-/
And "ships" (all over 8m) please park just to the right of the driveway by the fence. Everything over 8m is just too big for our meadow.

Ground is flat either on green land or on asphalt. If there is heavy rain, please stay on asphalt. Otherwise green land won't be green anymore. :-/ Every vehicle longer than 8m, please stay on the right site of the slip road next to the fence.

The sanitary facilities

A toilet is available in an old farmhouse and will be specially unlocked for your stay. Theoretically, there are no times when you have to be there. However, if you arrive late (after 6pm) and can't reach us, unfortunately you won't have access to the toilet. Then please do not call or ring the bell.

Toilets and shower will be opened for your visit. Theoretically, you can arrive whenever you want. But if you arrive late and you cannot meet anyone of us, the door for toilets will be closed :-/

The barbecue area can be used, as well as the basketball court. Milk filling station and a meat vending machine are available almost 24 h and within 5' walking distance. Supermarket 700 m away.
There is a bakery in the village with first class rolls. Eating out is possible at the Elsdorfer Hof with great pizza. Everything within walking distance.

Barbeque area and basketballfield can be used. A station for fresh milk and another for meat is open nearly 24 hours a day. You can reach it by feed in 5 minutes. Small store in 700m.
We have a delicius bakery in the village and a restaurant with a really good kitchen - the pizza is perfect :-)

Bicycles can be rented.

Bikes can be borrowed.

We like leashed animals and thoughtful people. Separated garbage can be left in the appropriate garbage cans. What is not separated, please take it back. If you forget it, I will send it to you :-)

Children are always welcome, animals leashed. Children sit and play in our green areas. Therefore, please do not let your dogs do here - even in the remains of picked up dogshit.... nobody wants to sit. Thank you.
You can arrive anytime, just follow the signs. However, we can't unlock the toilet for you if you arrive late (after 6pm) and don't find us.
And if it gets late, please be considerate of your neighbors and of us :-) Please do not ring or call after 6pm. Thanks

If we are not at home, we will come back one time :-) Children are allways welcome, animals on leash. On all green grounds children are playing. And they shouldn't sit or lay in dog poop, and even the rest of removed poop is disgusting. So pleas: Don't let your dog poop in our garden. You can arrive any time you want. Follow the signs. But if you arrive late (after 6pm), you do not have the possibility to use the toilet, because we open the door for your visit. Please do not call or ring the bell after 6pm. Thanx

Great breakfast is available at the bakery Schwarz in Lange Straße 24 - not 10 minutes walk. The price is estimated - of course there are different offers.

  • Thank you for your wonderful hospitality! We enjoyed meeting you and your children and your land is beautiful. (Yes, that’s our pullover! Oh well. Your son is welcome to have it).

  • We spent the Whitsun weekend with a group of 13 people (+ 3 children). The place was perfectly suitable for this. Excursions in the surrounding area are easy to do by bike, a supermarket within a few minutes walk.
