Description

We own 100 acres that is a combination of flat pasture land with a year-round creek and small pond, and a hillside that features Cedar, Tamarack, and Pine. The variance in landscape allows guests to select their ideal campsite setting. At this time, trailers will only be allowed in the Clark and.

The setting

Their is light traffic on the south end of the property that you will notice if you are in the pasture, but if you venture into the wooded area you will enjoy the seclusion that you would expect from the great outdoors.

The spots

The pasture is relatively flat but has limited shade - mostly around the pond. For those who choose to camp in the wooded area, there are plenty of trees to provide shade and most sites can be reached by vehicle - although some are not recommended if you have low clearance.

There is currently a porta-potty onsite.

Please be aware, our children roam the property freely.

Rules

Due to current burn bans put in place by the local fire district, flames are not allowed on the property. This includes smoking, open cooking methods, and campfires. All heat sources must run on propane, and must have a shut off valve. Currently the fine for any type of open flame is $500.

Please do not cut any timber. Doing so will incur a $500 fine.

Tent ready

We have a canvas 8 person tent available for an additional fee - must be paid in advance. The tent can be equipped with an air mattress or cots if desired. For cold weather camping, we do have a tent ready stove that can be requested as well.
