Description

You can set up in front of the house which allows you to connect and access directly to the house and 1 garden at your disposal.

The setting

The house is located in a dead end of a small subdivision in a quiet area.
You have access to small shops on foot (bakery, tobacco, press, bar) and a carrefour market.
We are close to nature despite the proximity of the town.

The spots

You will be installed on a private parking space in front of the garage of the house.

The sanitary facilities

You will have access to the sanitary and bathrooms whenever you want.

The amenities

All the equipment will be lent during your stay and there will be the possibility of having electricity with the loan of an extension cord if needed.

The activities

For lovers of hiking and mountain biking, our town offers marked trails.
In 25 minutes by car you are in the golf of Morbihan and 35 minutes in the most beautiful beaches of Morbihan (carnac, erdeven, locmariaquer)

Rules

I welcome you with great pleasure but like everyone else, respect is mandatory.
We are in a housing estate, so you have to respect the hours for the noise in the late evening, it is quite possible to spend a pleasant evening in the garden.
The garden is not suitable for small children, refurbishment is planned, but there is a large communal field with greenery to play in and a playground at 600 meters for the little ones.
As there is no enclosed garden, animals are not allowed.
