We have a large plot of land of about 600m2 that we do not use behind the house, on the entrance side of the property.

Quiet village near Gerberoy (most beautiful village in France)
Shops at 2km in Songeons (bakery, delicatessen, coccimarket, greengrocer, pharmacy, pizzeria, bar-tobacco, post office, bank, florist...).
Village in the middle of nature, direct access to the forest, to the fields, many hiking trails. Proximity of a closed, you can hear the cows and the tractors.
