Description

Who hasn't dreamed of playing Robinson Crusoe and feeling all alone in the world? Here's the magical place where you can recapture your childhood and reconnect with your imagination.
This tent and its surroundings have been designed to let you experience the wonderful adventures that lulled our childhood.
Let yourself be carried away on an extraordinary journey in which nature is your guide.
This place is entirely dedicated to you.

The setting

THE ENVIRONMENT
Our tent is nestled in the heart of one of our wild forests on our private 15-hectare estate.
With a surface area of 1 Ha of lush greenery, this forest is all yours, and you'll feel as if you're alone in the world as everything here is calm and voluptuous.
In the morning you'll be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening you'll be surprised to spot the deer whose curiosity has led them to you.

The spots

A LARGE CLOCHE TENT - Adventure without compromising comfort.

Outside
The tent has a surface area of 20 square meters and is firmly harnessed to the terrace.
The turnbuckles have been reduced to a minimum to leave more free space around the tent, but also so as not to be hindered by the ropes which often prove to be an obstacle.
The canvas is made of 300mg/m2 cotton and is waterproofed.
Its location under the trees keeps it cool in summer.

Inside
The tent comprises a main room with a large, comfortable sofa bed and two single beds.
The sofa and two bench seats can be converted into comfortable beds.
The sofa bed measures 190x120 and the two bench beds 190x80.
Umbrella beds are provided free of charge on request.
No need to bring your own sheets, as you'll find cozy sleeping bags under the sofa trunk.
Extra blankets are also available on request for cooler nights.
There's a large trunk for your belongings and a coffee table for tea.
The tent is electrified and has three bedside lamps and numerous electrical sockets.
The floor of the tent is entirely covered with Sisal for maximum comfort and insulation, as are the carpets.
For autumn and winter, the tent also features a WOOD STOVE.

The sanitary facilities

PRIVATE TOILETS
The toilets have been placed a little apart to preserve privacy. With a view to preserving nature and saving water, we opted for dry toilets, the special feature of which is that they produce compost that is later reused in our vegetable garden. Contrary to what you might think, there's no smell and hygiene is optimum, thanks to the sawdust used for this purpose.

The amenities

THE TERRACE with its KITCHEN BLOCK, BATHROOM and DRY TOILET.

THE TERRACE
The wooden terrace measures 45 square meters and is illuminated by three sconces. You'll find a coffee table with a sofa and two poufs protected by a large parasol lit by LEDs. A cocooning corner for siestas, but also ideal for aperitifs.

THE PRIVATE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, gas hob, sink with hot water and plenty of storage space for crockery, pots and kitchen utensils, as well as an Italian-style coffee maker. Coffee, sugar and tea are provided free of charge. For your meals, you'll have at your disposal a beautiful table and stools lovingly crafted by the master of the house.

THE PRIVATE SHOWER
This highly original shower has hot water, and the classic shower tray has been replaced by a large zinc basin. One of the walls is made entirely of polycarbonate glass. We have also chosen to provide you with towels and toiletries. As is often the case in the countryside, we're not connected to the sewage system, so we have our own septic tank. Our shampoos, shower gels and dishwashing products are 100% biodegradable, so we respect the environment.

Electrified tent and numerous sockets on the terrace.

The activities

Our region offers a wide range of activities including hiking, fishing, horse riding, canoeing and kayaking, as well as many seasonal events such as local festivals and the Dax and Mont de Marsan festivals, which are not to be missed! Numerous farmers' markets with tastings of local produce.
Capbreton is 1h50 from the ocean and 2h00 from the mountains.

Rules

The tent is made of 100% cotton and is sensitive to stains. For this reason, we ask our travelers not to touch the tent fabric either inside or outside. Stains are difficult to remove and require special, expensive products.
When it rains, condensation causes a slight dampness to appear inside the tent. This is perfectly normal. Please do not touch the canvas.
Eating in the tent is forbidden, except in exceptional circumstances such as bad weather.

IMPORTANT: We also ask you to remove your shoes as soon as you enter the TERRACE and the tent.

Children must not run around the tent. Access to the tent is difficult, and is blocked by the tensioners, which have been reduced to a minimum so as not to encroach on the space.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the tent. An ashtray is available on the coffee table on the terrace.

Please do not dispose of cigarette butts or other garbage in the open air.

CLEAN-UP MUST BE DONE BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE and EVERYTHING MUST BE RETURNED AS IT WAS ON YOUR ARRIVAL.
