Description

You go along the edge of the meuse to arrive in a small dead end where you will find my house with the garden.

The setting

We are on the edge of the Meuse and in a rather quiet village. All the neighbors went to sleep around 10 pm (elderly person). I know my region well and I have plenty of advice for walks with views starting from the house. The house is under construction so a new toilet is installed but there is still a lot to do.

The spots

There is a possibility to park in the street but the access to the garden is only via the dead end which is 1m20 wide and 20 meters long. The land is flat and there is a terrace.

The sanitary facilities

The toilet is inside the house and is shared with me.

The amenities

There is a drinking water faucet and an outside outlet. I have an extension cord if needed.
A supplement will be asked for the shower if you take one.
If I am there and you need a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, I could possibly put them at your disposal.

Rules

Quiet place, no more noise after 10pm. It is necessary to respect the neighborhood.
