Description

This a 1/4 acre lot in Leroy mi it has a concrete pad to park on and plenty of room for tents or another trailer! There’s trails near by and it’s atvs are welcome! 15 mins to Cadiliac mi !!!

The setting

It’s off the beating path gravel road leading into camp site !! Pretty quit !!

The spots

There is a concrete pad to park on and plenty of tent space !! The drive is a 2 track and campfires are welcome it’s in the rose lake forest !! The site is not on the lake but there is lake access !!!

The sanitary facilities

There is a 50 amp electrical out let !! No water or sewer there is a shower house and a sewer dumbing station!!! That is pretty nice!!!

The amenities

U will need ur own power cord to hook to the electrical!!! No internet !!!

The activities

Trails, rose lake access! Atvs, snowmobiles, Cadiliac 15 mins away

Rules

Must be respectful of the lot pick up after them selfs !! Be kind to the year round residents !! 11 pm quit time ( just not loud music or yelling). Be respectful to the rose lake forest!!!
