Description

Located on the outskirts of the village on a quiet side street, next door is a playground.
an ideal starting point for hiking, forest trails, Nemitzer Heide (cafe), bike tours, to Arendsee, Gartower See(Therme), to the Elbe.

The setting

Traffic calm zone (30kmh), forests all around, dirt roads with lots of vegetation,
wildlife watching.

the place is always dry and overgrown with grass.
The pitch size is variable from about 100sqm.
On the property is an old half-timbered barn.
