Description

32 acre property with two homes occupied by tenants and a small 6 stall barn. There are acres of pastures as well as a creek and trees. We are located across the street from Lucas Oil Raceway, the home of the NHRA Grand Nationals. We have year-round parking and camping and we are located less than 10 miles from Indianapolis International Airport.

The setting

Formerly, a large horse farm with several barns and an arena. We have removed all except one small barn and two homes, one of which is far back and unlikely to be seen. Now it is wide open pastures with some wooded/ shaded ares where the original home and barns once existed.

The spots

We have two specific areas to choose from. Each spot numbered for your convenience. The pasture on your left, inside the fence, is called the "Paddock Site." The are on the right, which is wooded, with the gravel drive is called "Wooded Site". Please use the maps in the photo section to get a clear understanding of the location of your choice.

The sanitary facilities

Camping sites are primitive, unless otherwise noted. During the grand nationals, we provide portable toilets and showers for our guests.

The activities

You are welcome to walk the property, but please do not walk near or disturb the tenants in either home, or the barn and its four-legged occupants. There is a creek and some hills as well. All available to be enjoyed.

Booking is allowed in advance for any event!

Rules

Guest check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 11 am. You may bring children and pets, but you are solely responsible for their well being. No pets or children are to be left unattended at any time. You are responsible for cleaning up and removing any trash. All noise needs to be kept at respectful levels, so as not to disturb other guests or the residents of the homes. No illegal substances are permitted on the property if they are illegal in the State of Indiana.
