Description

Hello,
I work in the field of well-being as an energy therapist and I would like my place to be welcoming and relaxing, where you will find something to recharge your batteries:
The countryside and the mountains for hikes,
Animals; dogs, cats, horses for petting,
The lakes to refresh yourself...

The setting

You will be welcomed in a small hamlet in the countryside in the peace.

Situation
  • Thanks to Maud for her warm welcome and kindness

  • Maud and her family are very welcoming, offering a piece of land suitable for two or three days' rest in peace and quiet (tarp, aunt, converted truck, camper van) with activities in the surrounding area - I recommend going for a swim in the crater!
I'm really glad my family stopped by
    Thank you Maud

  • Still new to caravanning, our stop at Maud's was our first experience via Homecamper.
Maud had informed us that she wouldn't be back until the end of the day to welcome us, but that there would be someone on site to welcome us and guide us through the electrical connections, and that we could set up wherever we liked.
We arrived at around 8pm, but Maud wasn't there, even though we'd informed her of our late arrival by HC message.
We managed on our own with the host (mentioned as the host by Maud) already on site to organize an electrical connection. We had to walk through a dilapidated house to find an outlet, and we had no access to water as indicated in the advert.
So our one-night stay with Maud was not a good experience, and we were able to tell her so the next morning.
We strongly advised her to delegate a receptionist (other than a host) when she was unable to do so herself.

  • No complaints! Met our expectations. Pleasant hosts.

  • Very warm welcome from Maud and her partner.
    Talented in her energy treatments.
    Rejuvenating setting.
A big thank you for this stopover where we discovered some magnificent hikes thanks to your good advice. Discovery of a little-known region bursting with nature. See you soon

  • Maude is very welcoming, and the location is secluded and quiet.
It's great for a night in a tent.

  • Very friendly welcome. Neighborhood with dogs a little noisy, but it did not bother us. Would recommend.

  • Charming hosts! Very quiet land, I recommend!
A big thank you to you 2 for the welcome :)!

  • Thanks to Maude and her companion for the very good welcome. A site in the making, calm and restful

  • Stopover at Maud's act 2. As I was very satisfied with my first experience in the framework of a stopover on my outward journey of the vacations (see previous post), I did not hesitate one second to call upon them again in the framework of my stopover for my return journey. Knowing a bit about the place, I was able to explore other interesting things nearby (park at the foot of the Volvic spring + hike in the hills)

  • Tested as part of a stopover during my vacation and very satisfied with the experience.
Maud and her husband are very welcoming. The place is quiet, the temperature is more bearable in the evening because of the altitude to spend a good night.
Small tip, there are 2 access roads to the place (avoid the one that goes through the dead end) if your convoy is large and wide (width >2.3 m). In my case, with my 6m long caravan I managed to go through this one but with a lot of precautions.
You will find there less than 15 min (Mac Do, restaurants, gas stations, swimming place, remarkable sites...).

  • Installation for 1 night but in accordance with my expectations.

  • Maud and her companion are very attentive. We slept well, no noise...and woke up in the morning to the sound of the hull very pleasant to feel close to nature.

  • Excellent welcome from Maud. Perfect communication. We slept very well.
