Wooded land on the edge of a lake with a wooden hut. The land is accessible through a large gate. Absolute calm. Located at about 1km from the Angers exhibition center, 8km from the Floral park terra botanica, city center, Angers castle 10km. A bus passes on our commune to go to Angers
