ATTENTION!

The offer here (the price) applies to the pitch only and the use of the pitch meadow.
The use of the entire Paradies site and all its facilities, compost toilet, outdoor pool, bathing area, summer kitchen, bicycles and boats are NOT included. As well as filling up with electricity and water and other additional services - this will be charged separately on site as required.

Our farm is located at the end of the cul-de-sac, directly on the Elstermühlgraben, with a jetty and bathing area.
There is space for 2-3 mobile homes or campers.

In the season from May to September, other things can also be used on the site by arrangement. ...such as bicycles and canoes, the fireplace, outdoor sink, barbecue etc. Depending on the season, organic vegetables, herbs and fruit are also available.

Out of season, only one pitch is possible and, if required, the use of the compost toilet, electricity and drinking water - this is charged separately on site.

This place is a place of contemplation, mindfulness and the joy of being!
The Auenland is a paradisiacal place for hiking, cycling and canoeing. Our village is small and time seems to have stood still here...

The setting

Here you are idyllically surrounded by lush greenery and a river that almost makes you feel like you're in the Amazon. This place is a place of contemplation, peace and relaxation. Suitable for contemplation, self-discovery and relaxation. The property borders the Elstermühlgraben on one side and a fruit tree meadow and sheep pasture on the other. Our neighbors are very friendly people and also like to be greeted by guests - here in the village there is more of a family atmosphere...

The spots

Depending on whether someone is only looking for a pitch or also wants to stay here, there are different options. The plot is over 3000 square meters and has a fireplace, a summer kitchen, lots of lawn, sandpit, swing, "beach chair", pavilion, terrace, group tent from June-Sept.

The sanitary facilities

There is a compost toilet and a drinking water washbasin with cold water all year round. From May to Sept. there is also an outdoor bathroom with 2 washbasins and a shower with cold river water. Most people prefer to go swimming straight away :-) As well as an outside sink for dishes.

The amenities

W-LAN is available.
Electricity and extension cables can be provided.
If necessary, the washing machine or the summer kitchen can also be used, but only by arrangement. Since the summer kitchen is also used daily by me and friends privately.

The activities

Our property is located directly on the Elster cycle path, which is fantastic, and you can hire simple bikes here if required. The Elster weir, the game reserve, the fishing ponds and much more can be discovered... Or you can paddle a little round on the Mühlgraben, paddle boats can also be hired.
Our train station "Profen" is 1.3 km away and you can be in Leipzig main station in 25 minutes by train, or in Zeitz in 10 minutes...
On the way to the train station is also the ice cream parlor "Zur Eisscholle" and our village pub "Die Eiche" with delicious food, as well as "Der Froschkönig"...
You can also visit the Profen open-cast mine - if you've never seen this kind of lunar landscape before, you're sure to be amazed.
Not far away is also the Mondsee, a beautiful excursion destination.
Shopping facilities are 7 km away, in Draschwitz, Pegau or Groitzsch.

Other things

There is a guitar on site.
Organic vegetables and lots of herbs and fruit grow in the garden - depending on the season, which is also available for a fee if required.
There are also games and toys and books...

Rules

This is not a public campsite!

ATTENTION is the magic word here, because I also want to feel comfortable in my home,
when guests are here...

If something is needed - please always ask beforehand!
Always put all the things you use back in their proper place.

Smoking only where no one else can feel disturbed, by arrangement.

Making music and singing around the campfire is welcome. There is also a guitar on site.

Children are to be supervised at their own responsibility so that they are safe here and cannot fall into the pond or mill race or have other accidents.

Please be friendly to the people here in the village and in the surrounding area, this includes at least cheerful greetings :-)
That is the custom here.

Drinking parties and other drugs are not welcome here! Parties with loud music from the loudspeaker are also not appropriate here.

The price quoted here applies ONLY to the pitch itself. The use of the sanitary facilities, the garden, the infrastructure, electricity, water, bicycles, boats, bathing area etc. will be charged on site - as required.
