Description

Villa less than 10 years old with garden of 10 ares.
I propose to welcome you with a place in the garden for your trip bike / hike or other.

There is a dog and animals are also welcome. Fenced garden.

The setting

Simple garden near walks in the fields.
Little traffic and quiet area.

The spots

Free access to the garden for tents location of your choice.
A van can also find a place on my parking but I can't fit them in the garden, but you are welcome to enjoy the garden, terrace, BBQ and indoor services (to be planned when I am there, as free access to the garden/parking, but for the interior I have to be there).

The sanitary facilities

Cold water available outside.
Bathroom with toilet on the first floor and toilet on the ground floor (both to be shared with me when I'm there, to be arranged at the time of booking according to the dates).

The amenities

The gas BBQ is available as well as a brazier.
I can provide an extension cord for electricity and the plug is on the outside.
The kitchen/dining room can also be made available upon request.
Microwave, toaster (with and without gluten).
Internet available (except if you place yourself in the back of the garden ;-))

The activities

Direct access to the consolidation roads with the possibility to easily join the Ravel (Charleroi-Gembloux-Jodoigne).

There are nice walks to do in the fields.

Rules

Quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors. I just want to keep this good understanding and therefore no specific hours but I just ask not to make too much noise in the evening (Music/creative/etc).
Arrivals after 3pm and departures before noon (but always possible to discuss according to needs).
