Description

Villa less than 10 years old with 10 ares garden.
I propose to welcome you with a place in the garden for your trip bike / hike or other.

There is a dog and animals are also welcome. Fenced garden.

The setting

Simple garden close to field walks.
Little traffic and quiet neighborhood.

The spots

Free access to the garden for tents.
A van can also find a place in my parking lot, but I can't fit them in the garden (the parking lot is on a bit of a slope), but you're welcome to use the garden, terrace, BBQ and indoor services (to be planned when I'm there, as there's free access to the garden/parking, but I have to be there for the inside).

The sanitary facilities

Cold water available outside.
Bathroom with toilet upstairs and toilet on the ground floor (both to be shared with me when I'm there, to be arranged at the time of booking according to dates).

The amenities

The gas BBQ is accessible as well as a brazier.
I can provide an extension cord for the electricity and the plug is on the outside.
The kitchen/dining room can also be made available on request.
Microwave, toaster (with and without gluten).
Internet available (unless you're staying at the bottom of the garden ;-))

The activities

Direct access to the road network with easy access to the Ravel (Charleroi-Gembloux-Jodoigne).

There are some great walks to be had in the fields.

Rules

Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. I just want to keep this good understanding and therefore no specific hours but I just ask not to make too much noise in the evening (Music / writing / etc).
Arrivals after 3pm and departures before noon (but always possible to discuss according to needs).
