The lot is fenced in with a large opening to enter, and a large green grass area.

The spots

This area can only be used for our door events, parking for vans, campers and trailers that have battery hookups.

The space can be used for out door events, parking, out door sports, or just simply alone time. There are restaurants, churches, schools and neighborhood stores in the area.

Other things

Close to Detroit Downtown Sports, Shopping, Eastern Market area, plus all the Casinos. The Police and Fire Department are minutes away.

No Illegal Activities, No Littering, Loitering or Illegal Dumping.

Must keep lot and surrounding area clean and free of trash..
Must provide own living accommodations, (provide lot space only). All children and pets must be in the care of a responsible adult, This is a Neighborhood, Community Environment. The renter takes full responsibility of any negligence and must sign a waiver.
