Description

Welcome to the garden of our eco-community on the outskirts of Brussels. Populated by 10 humanoids accompanied by a dog (and soon by chickens!), we'll be delighted to welcome you for an evening or a few days! There's plenty of space to pitch one or more tents in our garden, and we'll give you free access to our bathroom, kitchen and other facilities if you need them! Independent access from the side of the house.

The setting

The house is located in a quiet suburb of Brussels, very close to the Bois de la Cambre and the Forêt de Soignes (accessible on foot at the end of the street!!). The location is pleasant and quite green. South-facing garden. The only minor inconvenience is the tennis and field hockey pitches a little further away: let's just say that the noise of the fans livens up the neighborhood on match days! (But it's all very reasonable).

The amenities

We can give you the wifi code if you need it, and it's possible to pick it up in a whole part of the garden (and inside the house, of course, where you're welcome if you like!).
Similarly, all kitchen facilities are at your disposal (we just don't have a microwave), and we'd be delighted to welcome you to our table to share a meal!
As far as electricity is concerned, we don't have any outside sockets, but we'll let you have free access inside if you need it.

  • A unique colloc living space in a magnificent house full of incredible hosts, all of whom are kind, welcoming artists and feminist ecologists. No hot water, but a very pleasant outdoor shower.

    Caroline and her roommates are friendly and available for conversation, and their welcome is thoughtful, caring and warm.

  • Good place to sleep a night or two. There is enough space for at least two tents and the people living there are really nice and willing to help you with the things you need. You can still do your own thing, but are welcomed by the group immediately. There is a kitchen to cook.
