Description

Quiet house in a small village in the countryside on the Bordeaux/Périgueux road.

The setting

House close to the river and a hiking trail with swimming pool.

The spots

Flat, shady lot.
Easy access.
Camper vans and caravans can be placed on the pitch. Tents can be placed around the garden.

The sanitary facilities

Possibility of access to a shower and toilet in the second house.

The amenities

Electricity provided, as well as plates and cutlery.
a toaster and a mini oven will be provided.
Socket for charging cell phones or other electrical appliances. Extension cords available on request.

The activities

Fishing, hiking, visits to towns and châteaux (St Emilion, Bergerac, Périgueux, Bordeaux, Château de Montaigne....), swimming.
Possibility of travelling by train, as the station is not far away.
Chickens can be fed.

Other things

We have 2 medium-sized dogs who have access to the grounds. They are both adorable and love to cuddle.

Rules

Smokers are welcome, but not around the pool, and cigarette butts must be properly extinguished, collected and disposed of in the garbage can.
Children must be supervised by their parents and may only use the pool with an adult.
Daytime access by appointment.

  • Very nice welcome. We could not enjoy the outbuilding with shower room because it was under renovation, but Veronique let us access to her shower.
    We enjoyed the pool and the ground is flat, so good for tents.
