Description

Welcome to Poitou Charentes, we are located in the quiet countryside but 10 minutes from Niort!

The setting

In a green setting, shaded by beautiful fir trees, you will be in a quiet area but close to Niort (10 minutes). We have a garden of 2900 m², in the countryside, near the cows.

The spots

The land is flat and easy to access, in the shade, in a green area.

The sanitary facilities

For the moment, there is no access to the sanitary facilities...But that will come.

The amenities

Electricity possible via an extension cord from the house for more autonomy for you.

The activities

On the spot, many paths for biking and walking, a few kilometers a leisure center, and cultural sites, taking a vehicle it is easy to access the marsh poitevin, (20 minutes) in Niort, (10 minutes).
We are halfway between Poitiers and La Rochelle, it takes about an hour to get to either of these two cities.

We have 2 children and a cat...

The rules are to respect each other, be courteous and quiet.
No parties allowed by inviting other people...
No fires (we can lend you a barbecue...)
Free hours, except maybe on the day of arrival where you have to agree on a time so that we can welcome you as it should be!
